It is one of the oldest manors near Riga, which has survived until recent times. Mazjumprava was the largest manor in the Riga patrimonial region with a large and diverse population, other manors were formed on its land. Since ancient times, one of the three Riga ferry ports on the Daugava was located next to the manor. In later times, a windmill was located next to the manor. Today, the ruins of two manor buildings have survived, but the former watermill building has been renovated. There is a mill pond next to them.
