첫 손님었는데 오자마자 안쪽 공간으로 안내해 주시며 에어컨 켜주시고, 티비도 틀어주심. 혼자가서 걱정했는데 반겨주시고 영어 가능한 직원분이 친절하게 전담마크 해주심. 오자마자 오늘의 수프 종류 알려주고 지금 줄까 나중에 줄까 물어봄 시래기가 들어간 듯한 초록 수프와 빵 한조각 주시고, 음료 물어보셔서 스파클링 화이트 와인 말씀드리니 0.25L 자에 나옴. 음식 나올 때 마다 테이블에 있는 비네거를 더해보아라, 올리브오일을 올리면 맛있다 하고 상세히 설명해 주심. 메인 메뉴는 세가지였는데 피쉬 바베큐, 포크 밸리 바베큐, 포크 스토메이크라고 하셔서 피쉬를 고름. 굵은 소금이 뿌려져 아주 잘 익은 생선 한 마리 아래 아주 큼지막한 감자가 깔려있었고, 알려주신대로 비네거를 조금씩 더해서 먹음. 식사 중에 이것도 먹어볼래 하면서 다른 메뉴인 포크 스토메이크를 주심. 곱창, 양대창 질감의 쫄깃한 내장이었는데 양파와 파슬리와 함께 먹으니 부드럽고 무척 풍부한 맛이 났음. 나중에 식사는 어떤지 물어보셔서 둘 다 너무 맛있다고 말씀해 드림. 디저트도 있었는데 케잌이 총 세가지로 쿠키 케익, 캐럿 케익, 치즈 케익라고 하셨는데 추천받아 치즈케익을 시켰고 아래는 크럼블, 위에는 패션프루츠 잼이 은은하게 올라간 맛임. 여기에 에스프레소를 같이 내주심. 결제할 때는 물어보지 않아도 영수증에서 항목별로 어떤 건지 하나하나 설명해주심. 입장에서부터 퇴장까지 낯선 외국인을 환대해 주시는 부분이 너무 감사했고, 포르투갈에서 지금까지 만난 분들 중에 가장 친절해서 좋았다. 제대로 알아보지 못해서 몰랐는데 결제는 현금만 가능하니 미리 여유있게 챙겨가시길!
