Fuimos a Mito, en Oporto, con mucha ilusión: lo recomienda la Guía Michelin y cuenta con un Sol Repsol. El local es precioso, con un ambiente muy agradable y un servicio atento, aunque creo que les falta personal para la cantidad de clientes que reciben. Por ejemplo, buscan servirte el vino siempre, pero la falta de manos hace que no puedan estar tan pendientes; al final pedí que me dejaran la botella en una cubitera para servirme yo mismo. La comida, eso sí, es espectacular. El atún rojo con leche de tigre y sandía y el tartar de cuadril fueron maravillosos, la bola de Berlín y la croqueta de buey, espectaculares. También probamos los ñoquis con caldeirada de algas, un plato arriesgado que no fue de nuestros favoritos, aunque reconozco que estaba bien ejecutado y con sentido. En general, una experiencia muy buena y recomendable, con un gran mimo en la elaboración y presentación de cada plato. Sin duda, si vuelvo a Oporto, repetiré.

Nous y sommes allés grâce au guide Michelin. C’était bon, mais pas mémorable par rapport à d’autres lieu testé. Mais allez y voir quand même. Je ne demande qu’à être contredit. 😂
