I’m genuinely baffled. How this place not earned a Michelin star yet? From the moment you walk in, it’s clear you’re in for something special. The ambiance strikes that elusive balance between refined and relaxed. And then there’s the food. Each dish is a quiet masterclass in balance and precision. Flavors are layered, never loud; presentations are elegant, never overdone. There’s a narrative behind each course — not just technique for technique’s sake, but cooking that tells a story. Frankly, I’ve eaten at several Michelin-starred restaurants that didn’t deliver this level of consistency, heart, or craft. So again: what gives? Maybe the inspectors haven’t made their way here yet. Or maybe they blinked. Either way, if this isn’t Michelin-star-worthy dining, I don’t know what is. Until the guide catches up, I’ll just keep enjoying this hidden star — no tires required.
