Nuestra primera francesinha… ¡y no pudo ser en mejor lugar! Fuimos a Bufete Fase por recomendación de que era uno de los mejores sitios para probar la francesinha en Oporto, y la verdad es que cumplió con las expectativas. Era nuestra primera vez y el plato nos pareció rico, abundante y muy contundente, perfecto si tienes buen apetito. El sitio es pequeño pero tiene mucho encanto, con un ambiente auténtico y acogedor. No tuvimos que esperar mucho para sentarnos, a pesar de que el local es reducido. El personal fue muy amable y cariñoso, nos explicaron con simpatía todo y hasta nos ofrecieron salsa extra sin pedirla, ¡un detallazo! Eso sí, hace bastante calor dentro, pero se tolera bien porque la experiencia lo compensa. Sin duda, una parada obligatoria en Oporto si quieres probar una francesinha tradicional, hecha con cariño y sabor local. Repetiríamos sin dudar.
