Food is good, service staff is very friendly, just not to the Michelin standards yet and more areas for improvement. For example, there’s a small bug in the food on my plate, which I didn’t see it flying into my plate (which means the bug was on the veggie before I took the food to my plate), when I called the service staff, he was very apologetic, but only changed the plate (which also threw out a piece of fish which was good and expensive). When he came back with a clean plate, he said he’s sure the bug flew to my plate, and the only thing he did was just saying sorry - to be honest, if you just took out the dessert or that side dish from our bill, we would feel much better, and it’s only €7.5-8.5. Another example, we ordered too much food and asked for boxing the fish, veggie and rice, but when we went back to hotel, I checked the box and realized the fish was not boxed - we still had half of the fish untouched and again it’s the most expensive dish. I’ve been to quite a few Michelin restaurants, and think that if you really want to get a star, how to put customers first is still where you might need to work on.

Only one slice of bread will cost you 3.5€, and it’s not rechargeable(Did not notify in advance) The plates of main course are cold The food are boring, the cuisson and the seasoning are pretty well but the price are surprisingly high compare to the other restaurant in Porto A fine dining price without a fine dining food and service quality The flavor of food are fine but doesn’t worth this price at all And there’s an additional tips to pay, too There’s definitely a better option of restaurant here for this price

Came here because it was awarded a bib gourmand. Reservation was made for outdoors and got moved indoors which was a bummer but not a huge deal. Zero insight from the staff when it came to the menu-wine and food. Had great tartar aside from the half fried half soggy potato chips it was served with. Overall pretty letdown.
