Un lugar donde cada plato cuenta una historia, y donde el sabor es el protagonista absoluto. Desde el primer bocado, se nota la frescura y el mimo con el que trabajan los ingredientes. El servicio fue sencillamente increíble. Tanto los camareros como los chefs no dudaron en explicarnos con detalle cada elaboración, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más enriquecedora y cercana. Cada plato que probamos (como puedes ver en las imágenes) estaba lleno de creatividad, equilibrio y texturas. Una propuesta elegante pero sin pretensiones, muy anclada en el valor del producto y el sabor real. Sin duda, un 10 redondo. Repetiríamos sin pensarlo.

Experiencia única y maravillosa. Reservamos en el 'balcón del chef' al final del restaurante, con cocina abierta para poder ver cómo preparaban todos los platos. Joao está al mando de la cocina, es un chef joven que trabaja con una delicadeza y entrega que te deja embobad@. Restaurante a la altura de Estrella Michelín. Aprovechad antes de que la tenga.
