Грандиозный храмовый комплекс из серого камня, выстроенный в стиле "модерн". Освящён в честь святых Владимира и Ольги, знаковых фигур Киевской Руси. Строительство закончено в 1996 году - один из первых новых городских храмов, возведенных в постсоветском периоде. Производит ошеломляющее впечатление, виден издалека. На церковной территории много скамеек, клумбы, качели, трапезная. Паломникам и прихожанам есть, где отдохнуть в погожий день. Удобное расположение: недалеко оживленная магистраль с городским транспортом, магазины и живописный уголок с прудом.
