By far the best sushi restaurant in Lisbon! But much more than just a sushi restaurant! Apart from the absolutely top quality of the fish (all from Sesimbra, but on the day we went there was also lily and tuna from the Azores), the chef makes some more elaborate delicacies that are absolutely incredible! All the food that comes from the chef have such great flavour combinations that you can't believe it! Real works of art! The quality and quantity/price ratio is very good, although it's a restaurant that many people may rarely go to because of the price (or only on a special occasion), but after eating these delicacies from the gods, it's hard to think about money afterwards!

A one of a kind intimate dining experience! The experience is a generous 15 course meal over a 2 hour sitting. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, the chefs are focused and passionate, and the host is incredibly knowledgable, describing every course and drink in detail. Highly recommend getting the Sake Fly so you can try different sakes to pair with the meals. The food was incredible. Every course was perfectly timed and meticulously curated - my favourites were the ceviche, sardine, and wagyu nigiri. You can taste the chefs' care and intention in every course. This is their art!! Incredible value and experience. You absolutely need to book in advance as they only seat 10 people per session, and as it's a set meal you are all dining together and eating each course at the same time.
