As someone with 17 years in the restaurant industry and my own street food projects, I can say this place gets everything right — from the concept to the food and the service. Everything works like clockwork, yet it’s still fun and lively. Yesterday I spent the whole day searching on Google for a good place to eat and found nothing worth it. O ambiente é de primeira: o Luigi e a rapariga no balcão são carismáticos, divertidos e fazem-nos sentir como se estivéssemos a visitar amigos de longa data, e não apenas um café qualquer. Nada de simpatia forçada — aqui é tudo genuíno e com alma. Como alguém com 17 anos de experiência na indústria de restauração e com projetos próprios de street food, posso dizer que este lugar acerta em tudo — desde o conceito à comida e ao serviço. Tudo funciona na perfeição, mas com muita vida e diversão. Ontem passei o dia todo a procurar no Google um bom sítio para comer e não encontrei nada que valesse a pena.
