Realizei um pedido em delivery, passado 45 minutos sem atualização no estado da entrega decidi ligar, atendeu um funcionário a dizer que só há um estafeta e que está na rua, tenho que esperar... ridículo. Dão 30 minutos de entrega e passado 45 ainda nem recolheram a pizza para entrega.

Os estafetas que estão ao serviço desta Telepizza nem português sabem falar, a maneira que tocam a campainha parece que tem cola, nem boa noite nem nada, chegam e dizem que está pago, entregam as coisas e vão-se embora, depois ligam a dizer que afinal, o estafeta entendeu errado e que falta efectuar o pagamento.

Já a mais de 5 anos que não pedia Telepizza e ontem arrependi me outra vez . Se eu imagina se que era a Uber ou a Bolton a fazer as entregas nunca pedia nada ,: trazem a pizza sem um selo na caixa que serve para garantir que ninguém abriu a mesma , a qualidade dos vossos ingredientes deixa muito a desejar já para não falar no preço que é um absurdo: pagar 11.90 já com taxa de entrega por uma pizza pequena (eles chama lhe individual) é um roubo . Telepizza nunca mais...
