L’ultima sera a Lisbona abbiamo vissuto un’esperienza che resterà impressa nella memoria, contribuendo a rendere ancora più vivo il ricordo della città e delle sue persone. La cena, consumata al bancone accanto alla sala di preparazione di antipasti e dolci, è stata entusiasmante. Colpiti dalla complicità e dalla sinergia di tutto lo staff, abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la professionalità e la dedizione della giovane ragazza riccia, instancabile nella creazione di dolci e antipasti. I piatti sono stati semplicemente eccezionali: dalla bruschetta alla paella, passando per un baccalà memorabile, fino a chiudere in bellezza con una mousse al cioccolato e sale, vera poesia per il palato.
