Fui ao restaurante hoje as 22:40 e atendente me disse que ja estava fechado nao iriam atender, vi na porta que o horário de fechamento era 23h e no Google tambem mostra que horário de fechamento e as 22:40, acho falta de respeito com cliente esse tipo de funcionário

I came to orient subway today and i ordered food. Lady names Marta very rude, was using same gloves to meat and veg items. Same time the other man cane name ITALO and started speaking in english saying that its not possible to order veg delight with veg patty. and he changed his language in portuguese saying that he doesnt speak english. He was very rude very unprofessional. Need to learn soft skills and how to speak with customer where you are working in the central Of tourist area and treat people so badly shouldnt be working here. He ahould go and find português restaurant where he only serve portugues customer. One of the worst customer service ever. I dont even rate them 1 i wish i had option to give -0
