excellent service et cuisine, fin et goûtu, un cadre magnifique pour ce restaurant dans un ancien casino, beau mobilier et architecture…une très belle découverte à 2 pas de l’aéroport

Numa atmosfera tradicional, a tradição impera , sendo que o serviço cumpre . Nas entradas destaque para a tribologia de manteigas com destaque para a de anchova e para a de choco , cumprindo a de alho e ervas . O croquete de rabo de boi cumpriu, não surpreendendo. Nos pratos principais, destaque pela negativa para o polvo que estava rijo , não sendo admissível que tal pudesse acontecer . Os restantes ingredientes cumpriram , o purê de batata doce , inclusive o abacate crocante . No filete de robalo, tudo a combinar muito bem para uma boa experiência para o palato desde a matéria prima principal confeccionada e tratada muito bem , tal como a cama de açorda com o toque especial de trazer um ovo para envolver tal como se de uma açorda se tratasse . Os pimentos padrão a darem um twist próprio , tal como o camarão, tomate e cebolinha .
