O "Bife à Paraqui", feito com molho do café/restaurante Paraqui, em Lisboa, é simplesmente extraordinário! O molho nunca sabe exatamente ao mesmo... e ainda bem! O chefe confessa que as medidas são “a olho” — parece que o olho dele é Michelin. Hoje estava uma autêntica delícia de sabor – o melhor bife com molho que tenho comido até hoje, e já fiz muitas "degustações científicas". A carne (vazia) é tenra, o molho tem um excelente equilíbrio entre intensidade e suavidade. Mas é para ir com tempo,sem muitas pressas, e disfrutar. O atendimento é 5 estrelas. Recomendo de olhos fechados (mas só depois de ver onde está o prato). Parabéns à equipa!
