A neighborhood gem with just enough modern polish to keep things interesting. Small menu, but every dish feels dialed in — no filler, no “just for the tourists” nonsense. Prices are fair, portions are honest, and the vibe is relaxed. Staff is young, friendly, and clearly enjoying what they do. Clients when we visited were about 70% locals, with a sprinkling of tourists and expats who probably live nearby. Pro tip: get the Bacalhau Mestria. It’s the kind of dish that makes you forget the hundreds of mediocre bacalhaus served within a 5 km radius. A great spot if you want the Tasca experience without the tourist markup.
