O espaço estava limpo e agradável

Pedi um café descafeinado Americano (abatanado) e a senhora veio com um café expresso curto, pedi pra trocar a mesma e o gerente ( um rapaz careca de óculos) se recusada refazer o pedido pois segundo ele não era possível pois a máquina é configurada , uma piada. Uma vez que era somente servir o café num copo maior e com mais água. Ou seja faltou vontade, disposição e preparo para lidar com cliente. Péssima gestão atualmente essa unidade.
