Tijdens ons lange weekend in Lissabon verbleven we in hotel Evolution Valbom, pal tegenover restaurant Marrakech. We hebben daar meerdere keren gegeten, en wat een ervaring! Als iemand met Arabische roots weet ik precies hoe authentiek Marokkaans eten hoort te smaken — en dit restaurant overtrof werkelijk al mijn verwachtingen. De tajines waren van een compleet ander niveau dan ik in Nederland gewend ben. Elk gerecht was met zoveel liefde en smaak bereid, ik werd er echt een beetje verliefd op. Maar niet alleen het eten maakte indruk: het personeel was zó vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik voelde me er direct welkom en op mijn gemak. Als ik weer in Lissabon ben, weet ik het zeker: ik kom hier absoluut terug. Nogmaals bedankt voor deze heerlijke ervaring!
