The idea is good, the food is also good, but the Japanese dessert flavours are not good at all but cloying. Also there are some ingredients on the plates not described in the menú (including shellfish) and it's important due to people diet and health restrictions. The animations are very enjoyable but short videos than expected and the waiting time between plates are too long and could be shortened...or fulfilled with some more random video animations and interactions between the "Petit chef's". Also in our case there was a delay between the end of each video animation and the plate arriving to the table. But in overall it's a good 'one time' experience.
