Conheço relativamente bem esta rede de restaurantes francesa, incluindo a primeira representação no nosso país criada nos anos 90, salvo erro, no Chiado, que era quase idêntica à versão original em França. Infelizmente, creio que a marca está mal representada nas Amoreiras. As instalações são bonitas, o serviço é bom, a comida não é má, mas pouco tem a ver com a marca... O molho está bem longe do original, sendo nada de especial, e o entrecosto quase banha lá dentro, dando pouca oportunidade de provar a carne. Salvam-se as batatas fritas, felizmente.
