Uma das piores experiências que já tive. A comida tem uma qualidade fraca mas para o que se paga, não se pode pedir muito mais. O grande problema está no serviço. Éramos os únicos no restaurante, e tínhamos feito reserva, indicando que éramos um grupo de 8 a 10 pessoas. Tinham tido, portanto, tempo para se preparar. Chegámos às 12:15 e disseram que só iriam começar a servir às 12:30. Nem as bebidas nos serviram. Aguardámos, e às 12:30 perguntaram o que queríamos comer e beber. Fizemos o pedido. Passados 30 minutos trazem 2 sopas. Passados mais 30, as ceviches (terríveis). E indicam que demorariam mais 20 minutos a servir os pratos. Passados 1:40 lá recebemos as peças de sushi dos combinados do menu all you can eat. Experiência surreal. Quando confrontada, a pessoa que serve as mesas, indicou que a culpa era do chefe e que só o chefe se poderia responsabilizar pelos tempos demorados. Perguntamos por um gerente. Não há. Mandou-nos ligar para o número de telefone que está no Google. Literalmente “ligue para lá que alguém vai atender e reclame”. SURREAL
