About

Gleba Avenidas Novas - Padaria is a cozy spot in Lisbon known for its delightful European and Portuguese cuisine. This affordable bakery provides a diverse selection of healthy dishes and sweet treats, including perfectly crafted cookies and delectable pastries. Though their baulettos might stretch your budget, their weekly changing breads offer an exciting variety that keeps locals coming back. Focaccia and chocolate lovers will find joy here, though the olive breads might disappoint if you're expecting a generous olive serving. Besides the in-store takeaway options, delivery services are available for added convenience, though the customer service could use a touch of friendliness.

The service personnel’s attitude has to change. They are very unfriendly and lacking basic courtesy. I want to leave the shop immediately. I like the weekly changing breads. Used to buy a lot of baulettos but they are now very expensive. So are the cookies.

All gleba stores are usually super friendly and polite in communication. And this one is just a sad exception. Terrible customer service, arrogant person was absolutely the opposite of good care of customers. I came to the store 1 hour before closing, the person was super slow doing her stuff, not replying on any greetings or questions or replying very slow, without any will and showing 0 interest in selling smth.
