Hidden gem that punches well above its weight. I was genuinely impressed by the creativity and execution at Familjen. The concept is brilliant: they take familiar dishes and add not just a touch, but a handful of genuine creativity.

Cozy little place with a beautiful design and an open kitchen that sets the tone for a great dining experience, probably the best I had in Lisbon The minimalist menu is executed perfectly — not cheap, and portions aren’t big, but the quality is outstanding and worth every euro if you know what to expect. We were three people sharing four dishes (everything except the carabineiros) and loved each bite. The sashimi were my favorites, followed by the tartar and shish squash The staff are exceptional — warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Highly recommended for a refined, intimate dinner.

The (Not a) Cesar Salad and Beef Tartare sent me into another stratosphere. Do not miss this place.
