고수 안들어가는 베트남 음식점. 빌라가든 게스트하우스에서 머물고 있는데 근처 맛집 검색해서 알게 됨. 쌀국수 11.5 볶음우동 9.6 반미 6 스프링롤 6.5 모든 음식이 베트남에서 먹은 것이랑 별 차이없음. 당연히 쌀국수가 12면 한국보다 더 비싼데 리스본 물가가 워낙 비싸니ㅎㅎㅎ 그래도 맛나게 잘 먹었어요.

Fui ao Co Lan na pausa de almoço, movido por uma vontade antiga de comer comida vietnamita. Já andava há semanas com isso na cabeça. E ainda bem que fui. À primeira vista, parece um café de bairro como tantos outros. Balcão de inox, máquina de café portuguesa, mesas corridas. Mas aos poucos começam a surgir os sinais de outra casa. A bandeira do Vietname, os bancos de plástico, os objetos que contam de onde vem quem ali está. Não apagaram o que o lugar era. Somaram-lhe as suas raízes. E isso nota-se. Ficou bonito. Comecei com uns Gỏi Cuốn Tôm, rolinhos frios com camarão. Vinham frescos, bem enrolados, e o molho doce e picante era tão bom que apetecia comer à colher. Depois pedi o Bánh Mì Thịt Nướng, uma sandes de porco grelhado. O pão estava estaladiço, o porco cheio de sabor, os legumes traziam equilíbrio. É simples, mas feito com mestria. Cada dentada sabia mesmo bem. Para terminar, pedi um café vietnamita. Vem frio, doce e forte, quase uma sobremesa num copo. Juntei um iced tea e, no fim, paguei 13,5€. Saí de lá satisfeito. O Co Lan não é só um restaurante. É uma família que pegou num café antigo e lhe deu nova vida com aquilo que conhece bem: a sua comida. E é ela que fala por eles. Nota-se atenção, cuidado e vontade de partilhar algo bom. E quando se come assim, quer-se voltar. Eu vou voltar. Muitas vezes.
