Muito bom.

I don't know about the cuisine but the place was closed when I tried to get there. (4 stars so the place won't lose the previous good reviews) Someone living in the building told me they didn't know there was a restaurant so he asked a neighbour who passed by who said there was no dinner that day and that it is not on a regular basis. Check before if it is opened as the opening hours on Google are not really updated
