“OK” cafe-type restaurant in pricey hotel near the harbor. I wandered into it while walking the area and stopped for coffee and pastry, but all they had was a 30€ breakfast buffet. Did that, but choices were very ordinary and not fresh. They charge a lot for what you receive. Good Wi-Fi, restroom, near the Tagus River.
