We were really excited for Vegan fine dining experience. The restaurant is beautiful and the service was amazing. Our server was really friendly and knowledgeable, they recommended wine to suit our taste! We had the cheese platter to share and it was to die for ( the best cheese I've ever had) and the creme brulee was spot on. Sadly the main was really underwhelming. The Portuguese steaks texture was a bit odd. Quite spongy and lacked flavour. Vegan cooking is all about passion and experimental approach to discover the best way to wow your guests. All in all a mix feeling. Has so much potential to be great but some more vegan cooking precision would be needed to ace the mains.
