Has to be one of the best fish restaurants in all of Portugal. We had a large Robello for 3 people. Grilled to perfection. Soft and delicious. We were introduced to this hidden gem. The best!!!

When will people stop leaving bad reviews for things they don't understand?!?! - Nothing is free at any place in portugal. Not the bread, not anything they automatically bring you. They way it's done is you just say no thankyou, and they take it away. This is customary across the country for locals and foreigners alike. - In Lisbon, local restaurants for local people means service is more utalitarian than you are probably used too. They've been running their restaurants for the neighborhood folk for decades, long before tourists came expecting a song and dance for their patronage. It's cultural, not personal. That said, I love this family run restaurant, everything is tasty with an Alentejo focus which makes this a great place for the famous black pork (porco preto). Don't send away the samosas, they're delicious!
