Locale molto piccolo (circa 20 posti a sedere) ma si respira un'aria molto portoghese! Personale gentile e disponibile, cibo tipico portoghese anch'esso molto buono. 4 stelle le merita tutte!

Visited by lots of celebrities. From Josephine Baker in 1939, Juliette Greco in 70s to Elisabeth Olsen in 2025. Even by former prime minister of Portugal António Costa. Almost 100 years old tasca and still well protected. Try homemade pickles and rice stuffed mussel near local portuguese vermut. Try to make reserve from google map and select table 8. It is close to the door. Windy and you re almost in the street. Refrigator is from 1950s and some of tiles are art deco from 20s. It is like a time capsule and hidden gem in the chaos of Bairro Alto.
