About

To try oneself in the role of a true knight, one sometimes has to work hard, as embracing their valor and code of honor is an incredible endeavor.

The Hofkirche Church was intended to be the final resting place for the last knight, Maximilian I: the cathedral is decorated with royal taste. Here, every tourist will find what they have longed to see: not just a boring church with monotonous frescoes and similar decorations, but a real place that was created for the future burial of a reigning emperor. It houses a large number of statues, each of which is entirely black (a special kind of metal), for which the Hofkirche Church has been nicknamed the place of the black people.

Unfortunately, fate decreed that Emperor Maximilian I would be buried elsewhere, but his tomb still delights visitors and city residents with its decor and majestic beauty.

Inaspettatamente bello!
