A really hilarious and an odd statue in the middle of a shopping area. Not sure of the purpose of the statue but definitely unique and worth a laugh especially if you have younger kids. I don’t think it has any historic significance but who knows. Definitely worth it. You need to go into a shopping “mall” area to see this. You can find this easily if you do enough research ahead of time.
