La Puerta de San Juan es una de las puertas del recinto amurallados que aún se conservan en la ciudad de Cuenca. Aunque históricamente es de gran importancia para la ciudad, visualmente no me ofrece prácticamente nada. La puerta consta de varios arcos apuntados que van en descenso por una escalinata, llegando esta hasta el río Júcar. Sin embargo, apenas se pueden observar restos de lo que fue la muralla original, siendo en cambio lo que vemos una restauración poco fiel y poco llamativa. Quizá lo más bonito del lugar es ya cruzada la puerta y visualizar la ribera del Júcar y su extensa vegetación.
