Very pleasant day out with lots to see and do. Reasonably wheelchair friendly except for some of the historic buildings.

Not really a museum, more a collection of buildings making up a heritage park, showing Welsh rural life over the past 500 years. Discover how people lived before mains water, electricity, gas, heating etc. More signs and explanations would help - if you ask the staff you discover a lot more background to each building. Look for the row of 2-up, 2-down cottages, each fitted out as a different period, through to 1970s. Some period shops, and a good cafe.

Great representation of Welsh life. Amazing to see how these properties were relocated from across Wales. An important museum. Helpful and knowledgeable staff too
