Brighton

The trendiest city in England is famous for its beaches and carefree relaxation atmosphere. Start your exploration of Brighton by the sea, taking a stroll along the promenade from the Queen Victoria Memorial to Brighton Marina. You'll see plenty of resort attractions: hotels, concert halls, art galleries, parks, sculptures, pavilions, pools, and playgrounds. You can ride along the coast in a carriage on Volk's Electric Railway. A must-do part of the visit is a boat trip.

Admire the view of the bay from the moving glass capsule of the Brighton i360. Enjoy the rides and restaurants at Palace Pier amusement park: the 525-meter-long platform is completely surrounded by water. In winter, at sunset, thousands of starlings put on a spectacular show in the sky above the ruins of the West Pier.

From the SEA LIFE aquarium complex, walk to Old Steine Gardens with its large fountain. On your left, you'll see the exotic domes of one of the city's symbols - the Royal Pavilion. Relax on the park's lawns and take the secret tunnel to Brighton Dome and the city museum.

Brighton is the best place to add to your collections of vintage clothing, books, and musical instruments. Go shopping at the Open Market and in the North Laine area. In the evening, head to a restaurant, bar, or concert.
