About

Brighton West Pier offers a captivating experience with its remarkable structure and intriguing history, dating back to the 1860s. Though it suffered damage in a 2003 fire, the pier's resilience adds to its haunting allure, much like a ghost rising from disrepair and rust. As the sun sets, the view becomes even more mesmerizing, casting a warm glow over the already stunning beach. Families will find it an enjoyable spot, with children delighting in watching cormorants gracefully inhabit the pier. Rated 4.5 on Google, this attraction invites introspection and admiration alike.

Absolutely stunning when the sun sets behind the pier and it is so much better than the floating tourist trap down the road. So very atmospheric and makes for very eye catching photos!

Better than it's paid counterpart. Actually kinda beautiful despite its dilapidated state.
