The quality was ok but the portions are too small now. No one should come out of a fish and chip restaurant hungry. Also noticed that it doesn’t specifically say “cod” on the menu for a standard size fish and chips it now says “catch of the day” presumably so they can substitute other fish like pollock maybe if they want??? The Palm court used to be good but I’d leave this restaurant for the foreign tourists now. I’ll try Harry Ramsdens over the road instead next time. We were charged £2 each to go on the Pier as well.

The choices and price of cocktails at Palm Court Restaurant are very good and the bartender, Finn, is really cool and knows how to make them perfect ! Plus the general ambiance of the place with the music and the terrace is amazing for sunny days at the pier
