Bánh Mì Lovers aufgepasst: Wer hätte gedacht, dass sich das abendliche Cocktail-Lokal „Zum Kuckuck“ mittags in einen Vietnam-Streetfood-Hotspot verwandelt? Und zwar mit den legendärsten Bánh Mì der Stadt! Knuspriges, luftiges Baguette – perfekt gebacken – gefüllt mit saftigem Char Siu oder Tofu, frischem Koriander, Chili, eingelegtem Gemüse und dieser unwiderstehlichen Würznote. Ein Geschmacksexplosion, die süchtig macht! Nebenbei gibt’s auch noch Phở Bò (natürlich hausgemacht nach Familienrezept), aber die wahren Stars sind eindeutig diese vietnamesischen Sandwiches. Einfach unschlagbar!
