Ich bin gestern erstmals in die Cigar Lounge gegangen. Beim Eingang des Schweizerhofs begegnete mir ein aufgeregter, nur Englisch sprechender Angestellter des Kundendiensts und machte mich mehrmals eindringlich darauf aufmerksam, dass es eine Mindestkonsumation von CHF 30.- gäbe. Wohlgemerkt war ich in einem Business-Anzug unterwegs und habe noch nie für nur CHF 10.- eine Cigar Lounge besucht. Es kam mir etwa vor wie wenn ich in ein düsteres Unterhaltungslokal gehen würde und man mich bereits am Eingang zu einer Konsumation nötigen wollte. Das ist für so ein Hotel schlicht unprofessionell und unpassend. In der schlecht belüfteten und rauchigen Lounge dann, musste ich einige Zeit auf Bedienung warten. Diese war sichtlich bemüht, aber im Thema Zigarren eher unsicher. Immerhin lichtete sich der Rauch etwas und die Atmosphäre war relativ gemütlich, jedoch nicht so wie ich es mir von anderen Cigar Lounges gewohnt bin.

Wonderful spot to smoke a cigar and get a drink. The cuban cigar prices are reasonable considering the circumstances and the vibe is really enjoyable. They also has the Swiss edition of the Quai Dorsay which was a wonderful surprise to try out. Recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a cigar lounge in Bern!

Wir waren hier um einen Whiskey und eine Zigarre zu geniessen. Die Bedienung ist unprofessionell. Ich brauche niemand der mir sagt welcher Whiskey und welches Zigarre Niveau zu mir passt. Ich verstehe auch was davon. Völlig unprofessionell und beleidigend. Ambiente top. Bedienung flop, null Sterne.
