Mein Hoodie wurde direkt aus der Garderobe gestohlen für die ich bezahlt hatte – und obwohl ein Security-Mitarbeiter gesehen hat, wie jemand damit den Klub verlassen hat, wurde jede Verantwortung komplett abgelehnt. Die Kommunikation danach war sehr enttäuschend: teils keine Antwort, teils widersprüchliche Aussagen, dazu der Versuch, mir den Verlust des Garderobentickets anzulasten. Am Ende keinerlei Bereitschaft, den klar entstandenen Schaden zu ersetzen. Ein Klub, der nicht einmal seine Garderobe zuverlässig kontrolliert und Gäste im Problemfall einfach stehen lässt, zeigt deutlich, welchen Stellenwert Kundensicherheit und Professionalität hier haben. Für mich absolut nicht empfehlenswert.
