It is composed of bread dough rolled out very thinly in the shape of a rectangle or oval, which is covered with fromage blanc or crème fraîche, thinly sliced onions and lardons for the traditional. The restaurant offers vegetarian version and different flavors. The service is fast and the gods is very good. They produce the own beer and good spot on the street when the weather is good.
