Tierpark is a zoo that was opened back in 1955. Today, it is the largest animal park, covering over 160 hectares. Thus, it's unlikely you can explore it all in one day. It is home to 950 species and about 8,000 animals. The zoo is also renowned for its numerous animal sculptures decorating its grounds.

Like many European zoos, Tierpark has no fences. Instead, enclosures are separated from visitors by either a moat or a hedge. Guests can watch animals being fed. Birds that roam freely around the zoo leave an unforgettable impression on visitors. Feeding the pelicans is considered the most popular activity here. They are not afraid of visitors and skillfully catch treats from their hands.

Super schön ... total genial für Kinder die gerne auf Entdeckungsreise gehen möchten . Da das Gehege sehr weit von einander getrennt sind muss man viel Zeit einplanen . Es lohnt sich auf alle Fälle

True Story

Einfach super, man kann Morgens hinfahren... Sich ein Picknick Korb machen und den ganzen Tag dort verbringen. Es gibt auch viel zu erkunden dort. Macht einfach Spaß und für kleinere Kinder erst Recht. Packt auch Badeklamotten ein, wenn Ihr bei hohen Temperaturen dort seid. Dann kann man die Kinder beim Wasserspiel bisschen abkühlen lassen. Einfach Klasse und eine Menge Tiere sind zu bestaunen. Einziges Manko ist die Auswahl an Verpflegung für normalen Preis, doch damit wird auch zum Teil der Tierpark finanziert von daher tut dann ein Hotdog 🌭 mit durchschnittlicher Qualität auch mit 5,90 nicht weh.
