About

Previously, the area of Tempelhof Park was occupied by the airport of the same name - the largest aviation hub in Europe. However, in 2008, it was closed, and 380 hectares of land were handed over to the city for the creation of a park.

Literally right after opening, Tempelhof Park became a favorite spot for cyclists, skateboarders, and fans of land windsurfing. More than four hectares of Tempelhof Park are dedicated to dog walking and training.

There is a special bike path more than six kilometers long, an area for relaxation and grill preparation stretching over 3 hectares. Every day, locals and tourists come to the park to enjoy its beauty and have a picnic.
