About

The Atatürk House Museum is dedicated to Mustafa Kemal - the founder of the Turkish Republic. This gift was presented to him by the grateful residents of Antalya during his visit to the sunny resort city.

The museum building has two floors and a traditional tile roof, which emphasizes the antiquity of the architectural structure. Inside, you can find wooden furniture, woven carpets, telephone sets, and even music players that have miraculously been preserved from the past years. Along with items of Turkish daily life, the museum presents a collection of Mustafa Kemal's personal belongings, ranging from manuscripts and diaries to photographs and numerous newspaper clippings.
