Church of Our Lady on the Sand in Wroclaw
About
On the site of the current church, nearly a thousand years ago, there was a circus arena that was later demolished to construct a majestic baroque-style temple. The building is located on Sandy Island, where anyone can appreciate its beauty and impressive size. Inside, there is a university library, and the church's primary function in its current form is to serve as a venue for a parish school, where children receive religious education in the spirit of Christian morality.
