Alles super bis wieder einmal alle Starbucks Filialen in Stuttgart in gewohnter Regelmäßigkeit keine Filterkaffee anbieten können. Aus Gründen, die nicht nachvollziehbar sind. Keine Kaffee mit Filter vorhanden, Maschine kaputt etc. Das dann mehrere Wochen und sogar Monate. Immer kurz vor Weihnachten und der Sommersaison. Das kann sich keine Marke, die auf Kaffee gegründet ist sich leisten. Vermutlich will man den Verkauf der überteuerten Getränke ankurbeln und den Umsatz steigern. Filterkaffee ist erwiesenermaßen gesünder als die süßen Kreationen. Vermutlich will man auch in Europa die Fettleibigkeit wie im Heimatland einführen🙂 Mir tut dabei die Belegschaft leid, die sich immer wieder rechtfertigen muss. Sie leisten tolle Arbeit. Bravo.

Horrible experience at the kiosk. Ordered a venti iced matcha latte through the mobile app with extra coconut syrup and matcha cold foam. On arriving at the kiosk, the batista tells me that both the syrup and cold foam are unavailable. And there is also no standard measure used for milk. On making the drink, the batista sees that the quantity is less, and just goes on to add more ice to make it full (although I said extra light ice). Never going back again or ordering through the app.
