Ich war nur zweimal in diesem Café, und beide Male war der Umgang sehr unangenehm. Nach dem ersten Mal wollte ich dem Café eine zweite Chance geben, aber ich werde definitiv nicht mehr zurückkehren. Ich verstehe, dass es in Stuttgart nicht viele Cafés gibt, in denen man mit dem Laptop arbeiten kann, vor allem aus Konsumgründen. Aber hier wurde direkt angenommen, dass ich nichts konsumieren würde, und man sagte mir, ich müsse den Platz räumen, falls mehr Kundschaft käme. Das war sehr unhöflich und unangenehm. Ich komme nicht wieder.

Ich gehe regelmäßig in dieses Café, weil mir der Ort eigentlich sehr gut gefällt. Leider war ich bei meinem letzten Besuch sehr enttäuscht vom Service. Die Dame mit den roten Haaren, die derzeit dort arbeitet, war extrem unfreundlich und hatte keinerlei Geduld im Umgang mit den Gästen. Ihre Art zu kommunizieren war weder höflich noch klar. Es war noch nicht einmal 15 Uhr, und sie wies uns schon unfreundlich darauf hin, dass bald geschlossen werde – dabei konnten wir unseren Kaffee nicht einmal in Ruhe trinken. Sehr schade, denn ich komme gerne hierher, aber so fühlt man sich als Gast einfach nicht willkommen.
