Über Instagram bin ich auf den Laden im Foodcourt im Milaneo aufmerksam geworden, weil dort der Pastrami Burger vorgestellt wurde. Mit meiner Begleitung probierten wir dann den angesprochenen Pastrami Burger, den Giggly Smash und die belgischen Pommes. Die Pommes waren frisch aus der Fritteuse und geschmacklich top. Der Giggly Smash konnte besonders mit den leckeren Balsamicozwiebeln überzeugen. Das Fleisch ist smash-typisch dünn, bringt dafür aber eine tolle Röstnote mit, die dem Burger eine richtige Geschmackstiefe gibt. Der Pastrami Burger war ebenfalls sehr lecker und mit dem Sauerkraut einfach auch mal was anderes. Insgesamt ein wirklich guter Laden mit leckerem Essen und überraschend schneller Zubereitung trotz hoher Nachfrage.
