For first-timers like myself, you don't need any prior registration to sit and use a laptop. Access is free, and the tables are equipped with electrical sockets. There is public access Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the opening hours are short (until 15:00) during the summer. Almost nobody was there, so I had plenty of space to myself. Overall, quite good!
