We came on holiday to Stockholm and were very impressed by our trip to the Sparvagsmuseet. It was much more than we expected: a thorough history of Stockholm transport, great display of vintage equipment, very detailed and thoughtful historical material, a well designed and cool space. Very fun looking activities for the kiddos as well. It probably took us two adults about 1.5-2hrs here.

Cool Historical Experience This museum turned out to be much bigger than I expected. At first it seems small, but hidden stairs lead you to different floors filled with even more history. If you’re a fan of communication and old inventions, this is definitely a place to visit. It’s especially fun if you’re from Sweden and have memories of some of the older tech on display.

Amazing and surreal experience looking at all the exhibits of past methods of transport. The museum is especially child friendly and makes for a good family experience.
