Italian homemade Pasta Factory SF Customizable pasta spot with variety of sauces. Came here for a casual dinner with my boyfriend on a Friday evening and we had the ravioli with meat sauce and tagliatelle with pesto. It was a generous portion and the team member helping us was friendly. They have dried pastas that you can also buy. Plenty of indoor seating and they have self service water. You pay first and then receive your order.

This place has awesome pasta. Basically, you get to pick your preferred type of pasta from several types and your preferred sauce also. Gnocchi is one option for choice of pasta. I have had bad luck many times when I have ordered gnocchi in a restaurant that was not located in Italy. This restaurant did NOT disappoint - their gnocchi was soft and its texture was perfect. It was just absolutely awesome. I got my gnocchi with bolognese sauce, which was just as amazing as the pasta was. They have a bunch of other stuff on the menu, but the pasta is where it is at. If you like pasta, you will love the Itallian Homemade Company.
